Pflueger® Lady Trion® Spinning Combo

These combos are specifically tailored for the avid female angler. Lightweight reel is reduced in size to fit her hand. It has six stainless steel ball bearings, a one-way instant anti-reverse clutch bearing and a Sure-Click™ Bail. The sleek, tapering IM-8 graphite rod has an ergonomic cork handle for a comfortable grip. Stainless steel guides have aluminum-oxide inserts.

not worth the money

My wife used the pole twice, catching about a dozen trout. She pulled to set the hook and the pole snapped off between the top and second from the top eyelet and I mean she did not pull hard at all.

Bought this pole for my girlfriend last year. It is a great pole she caught over 75 trout on the ultralight combo. It was worth the money easy.

Lady Trion: Good Reel, Bad Rod

I really like the reel on this combo, but the first time out on the lake the rod broke with very little resistance. My daughter, for whom I bought the set up for, never even got a chance to use it. I hope it was just a flaw in that one rod, and not in the whole line.

well, i fish with all star poles, wife wanted this pflueger combo so i got it for thinking it would be a decent combo....took it out and one good jerk and the pole broke right in half easy......cabelas did replace it, going to take her out again and if it dont hold up again, it will be returned. hope it was a fluke
