  • The 33 Gold combines all the highlights of the newly redesigned Zebco 33 with the addition of a three-bearing drive and Continuous Anti-Reverse™ for instantaneous hooksets. The modern ergonomic design matches up with a soft-touch handle and ergonomic thumb button for comfortable all-day casts. Electro-tuned crown gears and a tuned gear train prevent the reel from locking up. Dual ceramic pickup pins for instant line recovery.
  • The 33T Gold boasts dual ceramic pickup pins for instant line recovery. Converts to right- or left-hand retrieve. Adds the benefit of a three-bearing drive and Continuous Anti- Reverse.
  • The 22 Gold is a midsized reel with all the features of the 33 Gold. A great all around reel, it works for a variety of applications.
  • The Zebco 11 Micro Gold is a dependable ultralight reel. This scaled-down reel is great for pitching lightweight crappie jigs and spinners. Three ball bearings and Continuous Anti- Reverse.
  • The Zebco 11T Micro Gold has the same features of the 11 Micro in an underspin model. Smooth, flawless performance in an ultralight underspin package. Great for finesse work or panfishing. Three ball bearings and Continuous Anti-Reverse.

Kept cutting my line...

I decided to get back into the fishing game with my grandson so I picked up a Zebco 33 Gold. (I had used an old Zebco 33 for years and it was virtually indestructable.) Long story short, the thing kept cutting my line (inside the spool) and I planted 6 lures in the middle of the lake. I returned to Cabelas and exchanged it for a Zebco 33 Platinum which worked like a charm. I guess the extra three bucks was worth it.
NOTE: Kudos to Cabelas for an easy exchange process and helpful staff.

My wife has thousands invested in fishing equipment that I use. To make our fishing experience together memorable she gets the simplicity of a Zebco. Works everytime with no problems (backlash, Twisted lines and so on).

I have allways been a zebco man , still use reels made in the 80's . Was a little dissapointed when they redesigned the series, just a little ... The whole series , the classic , gold and platinum reels are GREAT ! smooth, long casting , sound...Theese are great reels , from the beginners, to pros this is a great reel ! It is well worth the price , and wont kill your budget ....Everyone should have one of these in their box !
