    Once again an excellent product but the included hardware is lacking....screws were just, and I mean "just" long enough to attach my ram mount and not even close for length to mount my depth finder...once again I had to buy longer screws for a cabelas product to fit....otherwise it works great....pls supply longer screws for future customers....

    It works great and is strong. I mounted an Eagle 320 fishfinder to it with a johnny swivel base. Love it !
    I only went 4 stars since the tension spring vibrated & was noisy. I put a wedge in between the spring and aluminum casing which easily solved the vibration noise.
    It beats putting more holes into your boat and is nice.

    Clamp on attachment for boat seats to mount GPS, Fish finder, or even a coffee cup. Worked well on one boat I have but would not adjust enough for another boat. The older boat I can understand but this should fit most newer boat seats.
    More stable then just mounting a fish finder on a wooden box as it can slide around in rough weather. This one sits tight but can bounce on very rough water when the boat seems to be pounding the waves. Overall I'm very pleased with this item.
