Wet a patch and let sit for awhile then run a dry patch through and if it doesn't get rid rid the first time it will the second time.

I realy like Hoppe's stuff, I shoot alot of jacketed bullets. This will really help clean your barrel of copper.

Good product but keep bottle upright!!

Product works well to remove copper, but make sure you always store the bottle upright or it will usually leak and you'll have quite a mess to clean.

Hoppe's Bench Rest 9 Copper Solvent

I've just started using this Hoppe's 9 Copper Solvent after using the regular Hoppe's 9 Solvent and gun oil for years. This Copper Solvent seems to do a very good job of cleaning out the copper residue left by other solvent. I shot my Elk rifles the first time after using this solvent at the range. There seems to be a noted improvement in consistency of close groups. Thumbs up!
