Now you can cook-smoke restaurant-quality pit barbecue and smoked foods at home! The Cookshack AmeriQue SmartSmoker uses a IQ digital controller and meat probe, to cook just the way you tell it to. The digital technology allows you to cook-smoke your meat at a temperature and time that you set. When the cycle finishes, the AmeriQue goes into its hold cycle. Or, by using the included meat probe, you can set the desired internal temperature of the meat. When the meat reaches that temp, the AmeriQue automatically goes into its hold cycle. Either way, you get meat that turns out great every time. Set on four 3" locking casters so it's easy to move and position. The package comes with everything you need to start immediately: meat probe, two-position grill and side racks, 5 lbs. of hickory, wood box, casters, stainless steel drip pan, cookbook and spice sample kit. That kit includes 18-oz. of spicy barbecue sauce, 10-oz. of rib rub and a 13-oz. jar of spicy chicken rub.
The AmeriQue Cover sold separately provides the AmeriQue SmartSmoker excellent protection when it's not in use.
