I love my bradley and have used a variety of bradley brand bisquettes, these are very strong and not to my familys taste.

Great product, amazing results

The store had a package of these open, and they smelt amazing. Bought the 48 pack, tried them on chicken. Results were amazing. Very nice to have a smoke flavor that incorporates herbs, I have never seen that before. Innovative and well thought out. I have tried on Pork, Beef, and lamb, with great results each time. Seems to be a good base (Alder?) for the wood with the herbs added for additional flavor and scent. Try these!
