With its automatic smoke generator, separate heating element with infinite control and a fully insulated
cabinet, the Bradley smoker eliminates the drastic temperature fluctuations and interruptions in
smoke production often associated with traditional smokers. These smokers automatically produces
clean, cool smoke for up to eight hours safely and without supervision. The key is the self-loading
Flavor Bisquettes™ that produce continuous smoke and are then extinguished automatically to
prevent formation of gases and acids that distort taste (feeds one bisquette every 20 minutes). The
temperature is adjustable up to 320° F. The internal cooking area is nearly 3.3 square feet. Outside dimensions: 31-1/4" x 24" x 14-3/4". Available: Black.
Excellent purchase. Its super easy, easy cleanup, and the food taste EXCELLENT! the only thing i would suggest to purchase along with this product is a digital thermometer so you can monitor the internal temperature of the meat you are smoking without opening and closing the door which helps to keep the temp regulated and more importantly keeps the smoke in!!!
This is great smoker and can be used for cold smoking with addition of a cardboard box and a hunk of metal dryer vent. Well worth the price of admission. It really is "set it and forget it", unlike other smokers where you have to watch/add chips.
This smoker works as advertised. The automatic feed and smoke generator works well and is extremely convenient. The complaints I've read seem to primarily deal with the fragility of the plastic parts of the smoker, but I look at this as a minor issue if you treat your smoker with care, which is something I do with most of the things I own. My one criticism of this smoker is that it is difficult to get the desired temperature set so it remains consistent. You have to "work with it" to maintain the desired temp, but it can be done if you stay with the unit for a little while and adjust the thermostat accordingly. My previous smoker had a digital temp setting and it was really easy to set the temp and forget it. Bradley now has digital settings, and for the extra money, I would highly recommend the digital unit.
I have used several electric smokers over the years. This smoker with the automatic feed is awesome.once it starts smoking ,its none stop smoking until the food is done. You don't have chip pans to fill up and you can leave the door closed until its done, without letting the heat out of it. the wood disk's are a little costly, but well worth it! So far I have smoked a turkey ,ribs and several chickens.I recommend using a digital meat thermometer to cook everything to perfection!
