It gives you the versatility to do everything from searing a steak to smoking a salmon. This unit’s large vertical pit with temperature gauge and top damper delivers professional indirect smoking results, one of the most flavorful cooking methods. The welded, heavy 10-gauge steel construction is coated with 1,200°F heat-resistant paint and is UV-protected. Side door on smoker pit allows quick access to add more wood or briquettes. Firebox has side door with damper to control internal temperature and a warming plate on top. Other highlights include stainless steel temperature gauge on grill; cool-touch handles; rugged, wood-look steel shelves; and stainless steel grates. Includes ash rake/grate lifter. Imported.
