It gives you the versatility to do everything from searing a steak to smoking a salmon. Bayou Classic’s version is built with professional results and longevity in mind. The welded, heavy 10-gauge steel construction is coated with 1,200°F heat-resistant paint and is UV-protected for a lasting appearance. Use the temperature gauge and top damper for professional smoking results. Side door on firebox allows quick access to add more wood or briquettes. Firebox also has damper to control internal temperature and a warming plate on top. Other highlights include stainless steel temperature gauge on grill; cool-touch handle; rugged, wood-look steel shelves; and stainless steel grates. Includes ash rake/grate lifter. Imported.
