We did some serious homework before buying this high quality slicer. Takes just a few minutes for easy cleaning, all the removable parts have knobs except for the blade guard. Used a little vinegar on a paper towel to remove any stubborn food around the blade. The slicing was quick and easy, if your looking for paper thin cuts for meats and cheese this slicer will do the job in no time! The motor is quiet, and powerful using a belt drive system. No worries about vibration or unstable feet on this baby, it holds the road and will not slide on counter tops!

Great slicer

Works great slices thin to thick with no problem.To clean it properly the blade needs removed and that is held on with three non stainless screws that are on way too tight. I replaced them with stainless screws and that solved the problem.
I would buy this again.

Great Slicer

I've owned several slicers and none compare to this one. I read all the reviews and was a little hesitant before purchasing it, but really happy I made the purchase. Slices through meat and cheese like cutting through butter; much more power than required; clean up is fast without complicated dismantling and includes a built on sharpener for years of clean cutting. The blade has to be removed for total clean-up, but it comes off in seconds and doesn't pose a problem. Love it and would recommend to anyone who truely wants a quality slicer for a great price.

After just one use i have found that is slicer was the one for me. With the 2/3 HP motor this unit is up to any challange.
