A Quality Slicer
Date:
I purchased this slicer last fall and used it to cut up five deer and it performed very well. You do have to do some disassembly to clean it up but nothing to major.

Good Buy
Date:
This slicer is everything I wanted for home use. I agree with the other reviewers that it is difficult to clean. I replaced the 2 nuts that hold the sliding tray on with stainless wing nuts and that helped a little with the cleaning process.

Good Slicer
Date:
This slicer is heavy enough to stay put when in use, and it's very sharp. It does tend to sling a few small pieces, but I believe that I just didn't have the back blade guard tight enough.

Excellent Choice
Date:
The slicer we chose turned out to be perfect for our use. It slices just as we like. Italian products come out nice and thin, we also found the clean up easy.
Good choice would highly recommend.
