Silicone-treated, polyester/acrylic gun socks give valuable firearms protection against rust, dirt and scratches. The fabric won't hold moisture, making these gun socks ideal for year-round storage.     I use these for all my long guns and handguns to prevent scratches and moisture damage in cases or boxes and during transport. Can't comment on longer-term storage, but for day-to-day use they're great!

    Purchased this for a Ruger Blackhawk with a 61/2" barrel. Very nice snug fit. Heavy materal.Keeps gun safe from scratches and attacks from "dust mites". Will purchase more in the near future.

    Second time I have purchased the socks after seeing how they protect my guns. Use for guns that not used every season. Has keep them from not rusting or getting sticky from using excess gun oil. Also protects the gun from gun case material, especially the foam cases. Have recommend using them to my friends and family.
