For backpacking the Big Agnes Insulated Air Core is one of the top three or four mattresses on the market. It's main advantage over other air mattresses is greater comfort for less weight, in a very small package.
There are a few drawbacks to be aware of for your comparison shopping. It's tedious to blow up by mouth. Inflating by mouth introduces humidity into the mattress, which degrades the insulation. The fabric is very slippery. Your sleeping bag will easily slip off the mattress, and the mattress will slide around in your tent. Although the comfort is good, it is somewhat reduced by the narrow vertical air chambers.
When choosing the size, be aware that 20" may be wide enough for your body, but your arms may tend to slide off.
I can't recommend this mattress for car camping, because there are more comfortable mattresses and weight is not really a consideration for car camping, so you can splurge on something heavier and more comfortable. Cabela's carries some Exped products. Exped has definite advantages over the BAIAC. It is thicker and the air chambers are wider, for more comfort. The fabric is soft and nonslip. Several Exped mattresses have a built-in pump. Those advantages come at a weight penalty, but some of the Expeds are light enough for backpacking and they are more comfortable than any foam mattress you can buy.

It was kind of a pain to inflate and deflate, but it was warm, comfortable, and very light weight. The air inlet and valve could use some work on the flow.

got this today. not too hard to blow up. seems real sturdy and comfy. I thought that it dident come with the repair kit like it was suposto so I called cust service. Come to find out that the stuff sack has a secret compartment INSIDE of it. Thats where the repair kit is. I will update this rating after a few uses if need be.
