Cabela's XPG™ Ultralight Sleeping Pads

  • Ultralight abrasion resistant 40 D ripstop nylon shell
  • 1-1/2" thick Million-Hole foam
Spend the night in even the best sleeping bag on the cold ground and you're guaranteed to lose valuable body heat. But slip this extremely lightweight, portable sleeping pad between you and whatever piece of terra firma you call your bed, and lock in that warmth for the night. The self-inflating ultralight, million-hole foam puts a full 1-1/2" of insulation underneath you to slow the heat transfer. Plus, it's cut in an ergonomic tapered shape, so it rolls up tightly and compactly and is secured with the attached webbing strap and a side-release buckle for easy, compact transport in your pack. The rugged abrasion-resistant shell is constructed of lightweight, yet durable 40-denier ripstop nylon. Includes a lightweight stuff sack. Available in three sizes. Imported.

Sleeping pads
Date:
OK sleeping pads. Have to be manually blown up so far (used 4 - 5 times) which is not difficult and just takes a minute or two. Rather narrow. Otherwise fine and I was comfortable on it. Bought it on sale so cannot complain about price.

Very good for the price
Date:
This pad is very good for the price. There are better pads out there, but they cost three times as much.
As it was said numerous times before, DO NOT INFLATE THIS PAD OR IT WILL DE-LAMINATE!!! This pad is designed to only fill the space between the cells, not to blow up. If you have the pad packed for too long and it won't inflate on its own, blow into it a little, but then you must leave the valve open so that it can return to its natural size and shape before you close it. If you blow it up so that it bulges in any way at all, it will come apart when you lay on it. This is operator error and not a defect.
