poor design
Date:
Bag is heavy and very bulky, compression bag is way too small and nearly impossible to use without 2 people, zipper is weak and too small for this bag. I even went as far as trying a compression bag 2" in diameter larger than the one provided and the results were the same. Sewn on compression straps would be alot more useful than the compression bag provided.

not for backpacking
Date:
This is a very large heavy bag. The one I bought is the long bag. I camped out at 20 degrees and somewhat below and stayed warm and comfortable. I would recommend this bag as long as you don't have to backpack it very far, or you don't mind a 7 pound bag. The stuff sack is not designed very well, it won't close on the end and the bag tends to escape.

Nothing special.
Date:
I bought this bag for backpacking and its very, very bulky and heavier than I thought it was going to be and was a pain to get in the stuff sack that it came with, in that aspect I would not recommend it for someone looking to do the same. However it's not a bad sleeping bag if your camping consist of pulling a 5th wheel, or pop up camper and you have the luxury of more space for said item.
