Great Sight !

I have owned this sight for 5 years. it has worked great and my daughter shot her first turkey with it. I put a dab of super glue on the end of the light pipe and a drop of blue lock tite in the front screw. ( I do this with all after market sights). I sold my 870 and the person who bought wanted the sight with the gun. I have had no problems and have taken 9 turkey's with it. The only thing I would change is to make it out of metal and camo it. This sight forces you to anchor correctly and not peek like you can do with the high Viz and Tru Glo siights. I will definately by more !!

The rear sight seems useful, and small enough not to get knocked on stuff, but the front sight was garbage. The "lite pipe" falls out of it (and YES i put it back in the correct orientation) without super glue. If you lose it, the sight is compromised.

The front sight screws are cheap junk and strip easily. I had to drill mine out and resize.

It may be possible to use your stock front big bead or a Hi Viz big green short pipe sight to replace the junky front sight.

Or you can super glue it to the gun and super glue the pipe in it.

Don't lose your stock beads, you will probably need them esp if you want to return the $5 quality product.
