    I have mounted multiple scope rings, but this one was by far the most challenging. The verticle set screw orientation made getting the recticle of the scope true verticle with a level very difficult. Every time you go to make you last final turns to tighten everything up, the scope would rotate in the mount. The modular design was difficult. Try rings that have seperate components to mount to the rail and scope like the standard Weaver style.

    I used the Thompson Center Maxima bases.
    I mounted these on my new Pro Hunter 50 cal. and Leupold UltimateSlam scope.
    A little heavy, but really liked the torx heads.
    Good combination.

    Purchased these rings to mount a Leupold Riflemen 3x9 scope onto my TC Triumph Bone Collector. Very solid and reliable mounting system well worth spending a little more on. You won't be disappointed with this product.

    I mounted these to the TC base on my new Pro Hunter 50 cal. and Leupold black powder scope. This was the easiest time I ever had sighting in any rifle. A little heavy, but not worried about tightening anything down.
