Seven different brightness levels give you complete control to adjust pin brightness to meet changing hunting conditions. This will reduce the effect of pin glare at dawn or dusk. The rotating adjustment knob has positive resistance as the brightness level changes. Sealed electronics eliminate potential damage in wet, damp or cold hunting conditions. Blue LED. Includes four threaded bases to fit Optix, Apex, Truglo, Trophy Ridge, Copper John, Extreme, PSE, Viper and Sword sights. Machined aluminum housing.

Purchased and installed this light about 3 weeks ago and tonight the adjustment knob flew off as I was target shooting. I lost the detent ball and spring, but glued the knob back onto the light. I like the amount and adjustability of this light, but no good if the light comes apart. Perfect amount of light in my opinion, not too bright but just enough for those last minutes of the day. Dissapointed to see that the knob was just glued on (poorly). Will see if the epoxy holds.

Great Sight

I use this light on the G5 sight and it's great. Love this thing for low light conditions near the end of shooting hours. I've not experienced the problems others have I guess, however I'm using it on a sight from the same manufacturer. Not sure about others. I love it!!!!!

It's a great light. Unlike most of the posters, I typically am looking for VERY little light. I only need a light for low natural light situations (last legal hour). If the light is too bright, my pins glows to the point I can't see the deer! This light is the only light I have seen that solves that. I rarely use more than the lowest setting with todays light gathering pin fibers (copper john). However, if you need brighter... there are many more brighter steps. BTW it does fit the copper John... you just need the bracket from CJ. No worries.

Good luck getting batteries

Sight light works great, but it got turned on in my case and I went to 7 stores, called even more and could not get the 373 batterys (3). Went back to cabelas and bought a tru glo, batteries are easily available
