Take a refreshing shower in the field with this Hotman Extreme S/C. Just attach a 16-ounce propane bottle to the heavy-duty burner, fill the tank with water and light the burner. The hand pump pressurizes the tank so there is no need to lift it for use as a shower. It has an on/off shower head. The powerful 10,000 BTU burner also doubles as a cook stove. Set up dimensions (with top up) 8"W x 32"H. Shower pole not included.
I have property in a very remote area and this has been great in keeping us all clean. Even my wife says it has enough water for her. It heats up very well and supplies all the hot water needed to clean up.
Shower heats up quickly, and holds enough water for 1 long or 2 quick showers. May seem expensive versus those bag solar showers, but you can't beat this pressurized version to really get you clean.
The shower works exceptionally well and there is nothing like a hot shower when hunting to re-energize you. My daughter and I were very glad to have it on our 2011 elk hunt. It does take a while to heat the water, but at 9500 feet that is to be expected.
The price for the Zodi extreme is hefty (maybe that's why it is named extreme# and I held off making the purchase initially. But then I bit the bullet and got it. I've probably used it now about 11 times. Works good and makes you feel like a new man afterwords. I mainly use it in the summer down at the cabin. After being all you can be (chores) it sure is nice. No real complaints with the unit, there is a slight learning curve but it's really simple to use: - Heat 3 gallons #with the top off), has a temp guage sticker on the side of the tank which helps. - Kill the propane and screw the top on and move to your wash area. - Pump about 10X and flip the switch. - Rinse off, shut off, soap down, turn on and rinse... - Pump, soap, rinse... Got the idea? I'd buy it again.
