Pump Failure & disappointment
Date:
I purchased this pump 3 years ago for my cabin. I thoroughly enjoyed it until last weekend when the pump could not pump the water to the shower head. This was only after maybe 40 showers. If you plan on purchasing this shower for any more than this you should look at a shower with a more robust pump or be prepared to buy a replacement. I am looking for a more robust pump.

well worth it!!
Date:
We have a log cabin up-country maine....no running water....we bucket water from lake......have shower in bunk house run by honda generator (for late fall/winter trips).....heat water in15gal old old copper bucket.....a rubber hose w/copper siphon pulls water up from1/4inch from bottom of bucket....and casts it just like shower at home.....toggle switch inside stall for on/off....bucket sits on cast iron frame 2 inches above burner on one side of old old gas stove (propane refrigerator, lights, stove).
I had tiny leak in hose 5-6yrs, created pressure problem........so for fall trip that year we picked up this portable shower....rigged it same way.......and it was more than aok.....the hose is light and squirrely, but for its size, water pressure is great....it was great in a pinch and we still use it whenever we need to work on shower, knowing we can have a steamy, hot, pressurized scrub-up after a hard day of work or play.....no regrets.

Good Flow
Date:
I have had a few showers. This model provide a good level of water flow.
I changed the head to one that was more like a shower, but is not needed.
Great with the Cabelas Shower Shelter, heat up the water in the solar shower, put water in folding sink - enjoy a shower with good flow.
