Camp Shower
Date:
When we go elk hunting the best thing to have at the end of the day is a shower. It helps remove the odors and wash away all the work you did during the day chasing them. We tried a solar shower, which was unpleasant. One of my buddies made a shower unit which was nice but didn't have a temperature control and would get way to hot. this unit is perfect for an outdoor shower. Where we camp and hunt has no electricity or water but with a portable on demand 12V pump, a deep cycle battery and some water storage containers it was like taking a shower at home. I only had the pilot light blow out one time but it immediately came back on after turing the handle off and on. Even with all the wind we had this unit performed beautifully. This was one of the best investments I made for camp along with my Bighorn II Tent! I'm certain all my hunting partners would agree since they asked to make sure I was bringing it again during our next trip.

don't think twice

Don't think twice about buying the shower unit. I have just installed one in my camp and it works great, we had taken about 15 showers in one weekend and it hardly used up any propane. I would recommend this to anyone!

The outdoor Shower
Date:
For the Labor Day weekend we had 60 people over and the septic tank would not handle this many people taking showers, so I bought this outdoor shower unit, hoping it to be the answer.
I have to say this little guy worked beyond expectation, everyone had HOT showers with plenty of water coming out to wash and rinse off.
The real nice thing about this is the hot water never ran out, we built a shower tent and curtained off a showering area, we trenched the water run off down hill into our flower garden, then mounted the unit on a fireproof support wall. We hung the shower head on a support beam (2x6), threw up some towel hangers and No One had anything bad to say about their outdoor shower experience.
If you have good water pressure to the heater you'll have plenty of hot water at the shower head.
