Fiocchi Golden Pheasant High-Velocity Ammunition - Per Box

These High-Velocity shells are loaded with nickel-plated lead shot and deliver superior patterns due to minimal pellet deformation. Golden Pheasant Loads pack plenty of weight, speed and punch. Developed and tested in South Dakota's prime ringneck country. Per 25-round box.

WARNING: You must be 18 or older to purchase ammunition. All ammunition will be shipped ground UPS. For safety reasons, we do not accept returns on ammunition. Always make sure you use the correct ammunition for your specific firearm. Check your local laws for any other regulations.

Great Shotgun loads

While hunting pheasant in North Dakota I was having a difficult time knocking down those pheasants. I shot at this one pheasant high in the air and all I heard was my shot rattle off the bird's wing. I was feed up with this winchester shot. I went into town to find some better shotgun shells. Stopped by this sporting good store and this young kid told me to use this Fiocchi Golden pheasant load in number 4. Went out the next day and those pheasant were in trouble. I limited out for the next 4 days. This is very good shotgun shell. I use it when I go Chukar hunting. The number #6 works great on Chukar. This Flocchi shot is a little expensive but well worth it. Great stuff. It cost cheaper than the magnums and it is just as fast and the nickel plated shot kills quick. I have used this shot for the last 6 years and I won't trade it for anything else out there.

Fiocchi Golden Pheasant 20 and 28 guage shells

I have hunted wild chukar in Oregon and Idaho almost exclusively using Fiocchi Golden Pheasant 28 and 20 guage shells. My own preference is to use 7 1/2 shot over pointed birds, especially during the first 2-3 months of the season. Sometimes in late December and January, I switch to #6 shot for the more educated birds

The nickel plated shot hits much harder than standard lead and brings the birds down cleanly, thereby minimizing cripples. I do use #6 shot in my 20 guage for pointed pheasants, and rarely have issues with crippled birds.

Great ammo......a little spendy, but when you think about how much money you spend in training your dog, gassing up your truck, why get cheap on your ammunition? Personally, I'd rather spend a little more for first rate ammo and bring home the birds versus leaving cripples up on the mountain for coyote dinners.
