Tight in the sleeves

I ordered this shirt in a 2XL and it fits everywhere but the sleeves. Since it is meant for larger sized women I'm surprised it wasn't made larger in the sleeves as well. The fit is perfect in all other areas. I love the colors in the plaid so I plan to keep it, but I'm going to have to alter the sleeve so it will fit properly...shouldn't have to do that. This is the first time I've ever encountered this problem, so it would appear it's a faulty design. I would have rated it five stars if it weren't for the fit of the sleeves.
