I recently purchased this to use while stalking whitetail. It worked great not only for a gun rest but also for holding the binos steady for long periods of glassing. The rubber contact points on the bog pod helped keep it in one place on the stock of the gun and also the rubber shoes on the legs screw off and expose spikes that really help keep you steady. Would definitely recommend this product!
