Twin Hub 2
Date:
Just bought this to use when I go out alone instead of bringing out the Command Post. More than enough room for me and all my stuff. Only tip is to disregard instructions for putting up in high winds. It's always blowing here in southern MN, so I anchored one of hub walls first, and then screwed in anchor to tie off the hub before I popped it up. Now the wall stays pushed out instead of one of the ends blowing in from the wind.

Clam Twin Hub 2
Date:
No ice yet here in Michigan but i've put this up several times in the yard. Goes up really easy and fast. There could be a problem in the wind if your alone but i think i have that figured out also. It comes with 4 ice anchors that you screw in by hand which i use as extras (i had another clam hub style). I purchase 1/4" lag bolts which i turn in with a small cordless drill. I carry a speed wrench also in case my battery dies. You can also use a ratchet. Anyway, to put this up in the wind, i intend on anchoring one side down before i begin to set it up which should make it a breeeze (pun intended). A little practice in the yard first and should be good to go. This thing is way nicer than the stock pics and is very roomy and head room to boot. I think i'm going love this thing, heck i love it already.
