This is a very easy shanty to set up. It takes me less than 5 minutes to set up and then a couple more to screw in anchors depending on how hard they go in. Very roomy, can easily fit 3-4 anglers and gear.
I purchased this for its size. You can fit 3 people with two holes apiece in it, if you put four holes on one side and two holes on the otherside. This would easily fit four people with one hole each with alot of room for your fishfinder or camera. I have only had this out twice so far but am quite pleased with it. Easy to set up and take down. I wish that it would of come with atleast (2) more stakes to screw it down. On windy lakes that changes wind direction often can be a concern. The tie down straps are very good and easy to adjust. They allso have there own pockets on the outside to store them in. With one pocket on each of the four inside walls to store stuff is very usefull allso. I would recomend this to anyone. Great price also.
I use the shelter to cook and to keep the kids warm. It serves those functions very well. I am going on my third season with the shelter and the skirt stitching in 2 of the corners has pulled. I am going to fix it myself and reinforce the others as mentioned in another review. I have had 4 adults and 3 kids packed into the tent for breakfast and it was tight but doable. If I fished from the shelter I agree it would be hard to have 4 people fishing in it. One problem with the shelter is that as it warms up inside the ice melts and it gets wet and slippery in there. I have bought a 8'x12' piece of the green outdoor carpet to put under the tent. I set the tent up on the carpet at home and put grommets in the carpet where the grommets are on the skirt so I can anchor both the carpet and the tent with the ice anchors at the same time. If it wasn't for the corners I would give the shelter 5 stars.
