I recently bought this gun and couldnt be happier. Its is light only 2 ounces more than the light weight benelli and less money.Shot geese this weekend with no problems

Great shotgun. Picked up before dove season, put it together in the field and popped a dove first shot. It fed and shot everything I had without a hiccup. The gun is very light which makes it a pleasure to carry all day. The Montefeltro Silver is a beautiful shotgun and gets a lot of compliments. Very light recoil which makes second and third shots very quick. Great shotgun.

I use my Legacy for dove, pheasant, and clays. I have had this gun for 8yrs with no issues. Not one misfire. It is easy to carry all day in the field, easy to disassemble, and very easy to clean. It is also a very good looking gun.

Comparing the Legacy to my SBE II you'll notice the same pointability, same easy to clean and maintain. You'll also notice the reduced weight and the balance which makes it a pleasure to shoot and carry. Another advantage (unlike the SBE) is the gun has a plug that can be easily removed when in South Dakota chasing pheasant. I purchased the 12 gauge model and would like to have the 28 gauge to go with it but there is a couple hundred bucks difference between the two and would probably go with a two barrell gun before investing in the 28. Other than that I would highly recommend the Legacy.
