Hawg Trough Measuring Board with Metric Increments

A Cabela's exclusive, the Hawg Trough lets you quickly and easily measure fish between 8" and 30", and now includes metric increments - perfect for Canadian trips. Unique design allows you to put the fish on the board, tip it up, and it slides against the lip for quick, accurate measuring. Fluorescent yellow is easy to see in any light. Measures down to the 1/4" (or 6.35mm) for optimum accuracy. Made from high-impact injection-molded plastic.

Works as stated and presented. Bright color, easy on the fish as I practice catch and release but will keep one "once in while" and they must be legal lenght. This unit makes it easy to measure the fish.

I use it for Stripers. I use a smaller board for Fluke. It's OK if you have a handy place to keep it in your boat.

Works great. One handed operation. When you lay a fish on it's cupped surface the fish stays there. Numbers are easy to read.
I tethered it to my boat with a rope in a handy location.
