Cabela's Advanced Angler Digital Scale/Fillet Knife Kit

  • 420 stainless steel fillet knife
  • Double-taper blade
Includes a digital scale and 7" stainless steel fillet knife. The Digital Scale displays weights to the nearest ounce up to 50 lbs. on an LCD screen. A backlit display feature makes reading the scale in low light easy. Weights also can be displayed in metric units. The scale is powered by three AAA batteries (not included) and will automatically turn off after four minutes of inactivity. Internal memory will store up to eight weights and will total them for you. This unit's taring feature will zero out the weight of a container and then produce a new reading after fish are added to the container. The 7" Teflon coated, 420 stainless steel fillet knife has a progressive double-taper blade for strength and directional stability.

Solid knife and great scale. The power button needs to be held down a few seconds to turn it on, which prevents wasting the batteries accidently. Now I just need to catch some big fish!

When I put batteries in it, the scale would not display the ounces. What is the point of a scale that doesent display the weight. Returning it right away.
