Best sausage I have found so far I recommend it to any one that likes a spicy breakfast sausage made from deer hamberger or any kind of berger, Tried the pepperoni mix with hamberger and it was great.

Easy and tasty

I tried each of the sausage packets. They're easy (smoking isn't required) and they were tasty.
I liked the Salami best. The pepperoni and both breakfast sausages were good. The bologna flavor wasn't exciting.
The only problem was that Cabelas added a large "inventory" sticker across the back of each package covering up the instructions and ingredient list. With difficultly, I managed to scrape off part of the stickers sufficient to read the recipe.
