These strips come from elk raised without the use of steroids or antibiotics. They are cut from whole steaks and are smoked over natural hickory wood chips. Four grams of carbs and 13 grams of protein per serving. And they are 98% fat-free and have no MSG or flavor enhancers.

Buyer Beware-Poor Tastin Hickory Smoked Elk Strips

I have purchased this item before with excellent results. But for some reason, this batch was found to be extremely salty and left a bad taste in your mouth. Also, if you are expecting all elk meat jerky, this is actually a combination of elk and beef.
