As stupid as this may sound, with any of the samplers cabelas sells, cut 1/2 to 3/4 inch slices and throw em on a fryin pan an cook em up, they taste great as an appetizer or breakfast sausage.

I too have ordered this sampler multiple times. I have bought them for myself as well as for gifts and this sampler is always a hit! I have looked elsewhere for something comparable but I always come back to Cabelas to buy this one. This sampler has the biggest sausages you can find. Most other samplers only give you 8oz sausages but these are a full pound! If you couple tbhis with some swiss or jalapeno cheese, you can't beat it!

This is the third year in a row that I have ordered Cabela's Wild Game Assortment. And again, I am completely satisfied with the assortment and the quality and taste of the sausage. I haven't found a better sausage yet! The sausage is always fresh and the taste is out of this world. If you are fond of wild game meats or would like to try some for the first time, you will not be disappointed with this choice.
