Cabela's Elk, Venison and Buffalo Jerky

Pack this delicious jerky along on your next outdoor adventure for a quick, healthy snack anytime. Made from whole muscle venison buffalo, or elk with a special marinade and mixture of delectable spices for tender, mouth-watering flavor. We recommend the 1-lb. size because this stuff is so good that it'll disappear fast. Also available in 4-oz. and 8-oz. packages in Elk, Venison or Buffalo.

Horrible
Date:
I was really looking forward to enjoying some good Elk Jerky. This is so very peppery that it was inedible. Not even the dog would eat it! Very disappointing.

Great Gift!
Date:
I bought some of all three flavours (elk, buffalo, and venison) to use as stocking-stuffer Christmas gifts in 2011. I didn't have sense enough to keep some for myself, and nobody would share their's with me after they tasted it! I guess that means they taste great, so I learned. two important lessons: (1) hang onto some next time, and (2) don't give it to stingy people! :-)
