Moe Egg-Sucking Leech - Per 2

Egg-sucking leeches are a winter favorite for steelhead but they work good for trout, char and salmon as well. The Moe Egg-Sucking Leeches use a hard epoxy-like egg that not only looks good but will stand up to lots of punishment from rocks and other underwater debris. Per 2.

Received the leeches to use for steelheading this winter. I have only used them once and landed one fish and had another grab on one but the fish got off.I am looking forward to using them again at dropback time.Great product.

Wouldn"t go fishing in Alaska without them
Date:
I have used these flies to catch Kings, Silvers, Sockeyes, Pinks and Chum Salmon in many different locations in Alaska. I have also used them to catch Dolly Varden Char and Steelhead though somewhat less effectively than for salmon. Fishing these with a little bit of weight to keep them down and allowing them to swing across the current at the head of holes can be dynamite. I have also found standing in swift current and merely allowing these flies to bounce downstream is also an effective technique . I regularly fish Alaska and the streams of Lake Michigan and I have these flies stocked heavily in my box for every trip. Wish they hadn't taken such a jump in price.
