This product is awesome if you regularly hunt out of the same tree. Simply put it in the tree above you stand location and you can hook in at the bottom and safely climb to the top. It also really helps with the "pinch-point" that hinders drawing the bow back when turn completely around. I haven't had to use it to break a fall yet-and hopefully never will. I would definitely recommend it for other hunters.

I felt very secure with my Fall Guy restraints. The
criticisim's would be at the retraction spring, when putting the belt back up at the end of the hunt, it was a bit wimpy and the caribeener is not as easy to screw up and down as some I have on other equipment. All in All I am glad I have them and would recommend them.

works great, its quiet, protects you going up and down with no interaction from you. works on the same principle as a seat belt. i have two of them and will be getting more in the future.

The cabiner starts rusting the second it gets wet and doesn't work well after that. If there is any kind of tension on the strap as you accend, it doesn't spring back into the housing and you end up having to pull the strap up with you. For the money, not worth it. I have bought 2 of them and wish I hadn't.
