Great accuracy

After cleaning and a couple of primers I load the magnum load pellets and deer are DRT or very nearby.I am shooting this in a T/C Encore. I have shot two deer this year with these bullets both at 100 yards. The first a small buck was DRT (Texan for dead right there) that dropped in his tracks with a high shoulder spine shot. The second was a large doe and I took an almost completely frontal shot. Missed the spine but hit the heart and she moved about 15 yards. The blood trail was unbelievable as it was squirting from both the entry and exit wound. I found the blue tips in the wound but nothing of the bullet.

I highly recommend this bullet the only fault is the barrel needs to have a wet patch and then a dry patch ran thru the barrel. But for a quick second shot I use a full diameter bullet that is very easy to load in 245 gr bullets. Not quite as accurate at longer distance but I like the ease of loading for another quick shot if needed.

300 grain great bullet, great results

I just killed a 5 point bull with 300 grain bonded with a black Hornady sabot and 150 grains of powder. I shoot a White 50 caliber super 91 so I ignite a regular 50 grain pyrodex with 2 50 grain triple 7's on top of this. The #11 cap doesn't have enough flame for triple 7 but this works well. At 134 yds with the bull quartering to me I hit him just behind the shoulder blade fairly high. At the shot no sign of a hit, the bull stiff leggedly trotted into the tamarisk and disappeared. After 30 minute wait I climbed down out of my stand to find him piled up only 30 yds from the point of impact. Found the slug in the ham on the off side next to the hide. Upon weighing the slug a remarkable 273 grains and a great mushroom. The bonded bullet was a great call for an elk. Extremely accurate at the range also.

I shot a 1" group with 200 gr. shockwaves at 100 yards with 2 white hot pellets with a T/C triumph. No other ammo came close.
