Harvestor crush rib sabots are awesome! they load easy, and have given me excellent accuracy in my Thompson Center Impact. I like the fact that they are available in both .44 and .45 bullet sizes and are color coded. I bought both.

I generally use the MMP short black sabots in several guns. This was a little too tight for my TC flintlock, and I broke a ramrod in the field. A friend gave me a few of these crush ribs to try, and they seem to do the trick. The fit is still tight, but the loading pressure was greatly reduced. No noticeable difference in flintlock accuracy. If you are working up loads, give these a try

Harvester crush rib sabots

I shoot these sabots in my 50 cal Knight muzzleloader using 120 gr. of Blackhorn 209 powder with a 250 gr. Barnes TMZ bullet. I couldn't get this load to shoot well until I started using the Harvester sabots. My gun instantly started to shoot great with the use of these sabots. They MADE my muzlleloader shoot.....
