Valley Magnetic Hitch Aligner

Lining up your trailer and vehicle has never been easier with the Hitch Aligner, even for one person. Telescoping poles attach to trailer and hitch with magnets, and each has a bright Dayglow ball on the end. Just line up the balls, back up and when they touch, you're ready to hook up. Extends up to 42" and collapses down to 13-1/2" for storage.

I am using this product everytime I hook up the trailer.
I salmon fish all of June , July and August and must take out the trailer every time I go out fishing.Now I don't have to bother getting my fishing partner ( my wife ) to help me align the truck with the trailer,I can now do it myself with out getting in and out of the truck ,many times.Again a super time saving devise.

Good Idea-Poor Workmanship

When this product arrived, there were no instructions as to how to telescope the shaft. Despite all my efforts, I could not extend it to a workable length. I called customer service and they sent a second one which also did not work. Other reviewers appear to have had similar problems. I would not recommend this product.

I find it difficult to hook up, particularly when alone.
Wife and I struggle with directions and distances, making her help stressful.. THIS IS A SIMPLE CURE
It is difficult to see the magnetic ball marker on the bumper of my superduty-so I let the rear tail gate, all to the good. I suggest a small lite on the orange balls for night alignment1
