Packaging was a pain, I must have spent 15 minutes cleaning the wraping off of the chrome. But the step is great and gets used alot, and the rounded ends really saves your shins when you bump into it. It also has a LED running light and brake light built in, with instructions on how to replace the light if it ever goes out.
