When we designed our Scent-Free Rubber Boots, we set out with one goal in mind: to create the most comfortable, scent-free footwear ever offered at a price this low. With a high-grade rubber, we increased the durability and longevity of the boot, while at the same time increasing the flexibility. This added stretch translates into a more comfortable boot whether you're walking or standing still. The ankle-fit construction locks your foot in place for superior comfort on long walks to and from your hunting location. And for the arch support you need to climb ladders and tree steps, a steel shank blocks the stress and shock before it ever reaches your foot. Great Irrigation boot

These boots are just right for warm weather irrigation duties. High enough to wade across ditches, warm enough to wade for extended perids, easy on, easy off. I walk about 2-5 miles in these each day, they are comfortable. Tough enough for rocky ground and sharp sticks.

I wanted to order a pair of Lacrosse grange boots which I normally wear. They were on a 2 week back order and I need a new pair of boots for work asap. So I ordered the Cabela's brand boot, very familar to the Lacrosse grange. The boots looked nice, fit nice, and are comfortable but they are far from durable. I wear the boots 7 days a week due to my occupation. I have had them for a little under 2 months and the boots are starting to crack and leak. Not very durable. I would get a year out of the Lacrosse boots. I wouldn't mind if the boots didn't cost so much. They are a good boot if you are going to use them from time to time but I would not reccommend them for heavy or daily use.

Very Good "RUBBER" Boot

I got these boots for loading & unloading my boat on & off the trailer and there're the right height(18")to do the job.I found that the boots go on alot easier than they come off which is annoying.Before ordering I read other customer reviews and found "strong rubbery smell" which took days to go away was chief complaint.Doesn't rubber smell like rubber???.I got my boots and when unpacked--- very slight rubber odor which you would expect from"rubber"boots.My only complaint is the price--too much for a Chicom product.

I was a little bit skeptic in ordering this (for use as a fashionable rain boot) due to some of the reviews but I decided to risk it anyway. I am VERY happy with my first time purchase! Was delivered in just a few days via USPS Express. There was no appalling odor when I opened up the box, as I read in earlier reviews. I ordered a slim and it's maybe just a half-inch still too big around my calves but such is life. I also ordered a size 7, where I could have maybe gone down half or a full size, like some have also recommended. But I can still walk in them. THANK YOU CABELAS!
