Eagle Claw Featherlight Spinning Rods

Eagle Claw’s Featherlight™ Rods remain one of the best-selling ultralight and light-action rods on the market. These extremely sensitive, polyester fiberglass spinning rods give you the feel of some higher-priced rods at a fraction of the cost. Ultralight models have gold-colored stainless steel guides for smooth casting and higher sensitivity and an graphite reel seat on spinning models to securely hold your reel. Light action crappie rods have wire guides and tops. Featherlight rods have a high-quality cork handle for all-day comfort. I have used Eagle Claw rods in the past and I've always had a featherlight rod but the quality of the new 5'-6" rod I am using now compared to the older rod is a bit weak, there is no plug at the butt end of the new rod that I noticed, compared to the old rod I had in the past but I am still very happy with the action of the Eagle Claw Featherlight fishing rod.

I still have one of these rods from when I was a kid and it still takes a beating. This is one rod that you can use and abuse and it still performs. I purchased a new one for top water fishing since it has that nice glass action I was looking for.
