Daiwa Regal® 5iA Pre-Mount Spinning Combo

i like the look, shape and feel of the reel. Casts really nice and is smooth. The rod on the other hand, broke within 10 minutes of use. I caught my jig on a Christmas tree limb at the bottom of my fishing hole and when i went to break it free, the rod broke in 2 different places. I would get the setup with the Cabelas rod and this reel.

Went to spool some line on this right from the packaging and the spool came off and so did the nut/spring. It was toast, can not be put back together properly something is missing or broke. Sad to say this but do not buy it. I now have to deal with returning it. Really mad because the coho are biting!

Quality of assembly bad. Grip handle not a natural cork. Cabelas the natural cork writes. Awfully large and heavy rings. Only for rodbilding, for alteration.
Packing at shipping awful. In a soft box the installed reel is damaged at transportation.
