CCI .17 HM2 Ammunition - Per 50

Hornady necked-down the .22 Long Rifle to .17 caliber to create this flat-shooting tack-driver. This new cartridge is nearly 7" flatter at 150 yards than the .22 Long Rifle and produces an approximate muzzle velocity of 2,100 fps. It's also extremely economical to shoot. Loaded with V-Max bullets for rapid expansion. CCI .17HM2 17-Gr. V-Max. Per box 50 rounds.

I have a Sako Quad, and went to .17 HM2 when .22 LR was in short supply but HM2 wasn't. This ammo is great in my Quad. Extremely accurate to 100 yrds.

Awesome squirrel medicine. Does no more damage than a .22 lr hollowpoint, but shoots much flatter allowing you to put it consistently in the head where damage to edible meat is not a concern of mine. Will also do the trick on groundhogs out to 140 yards. Smaller brother of the mighty .17 HMR.
