Burris Fullfield II Riflescope

Burris has taken the popular Fullfield scope to the next level with the introduction of the Fullfield II. This scope is even more forgiving for eye position and is shorter, lighter and even stronger than the original. The magnification ring and eyepiece have been made into one solid unit requiring only two seals rather than three. Changing magnification is as easy as turning the eyepiece. Like the originals, they have a one-piece main tube and eyepiece with the steel-on-steel adjustment system. The European-style diopter system is easy to use and requires no locking mechanism. Some models are available with the proven Ballistic Plex reticle, which is calibrated perfectly for short magnum cartridges.

Awesome scope for the money

The extra magnification over a typical 3x9x40 scope will really help with those 300-400 yd shots. Anything past that point you have to start doping the scope anyway because your bullet drop will be significant -- don't need to be an expert to understand basic ballistics tables. So this scope is awesome, good eye relief and clarity and magnification -- not too big on top of a rifle either. I used medium rings with my TC Pro Hunter BTW...

Better than you'd think

I have this scope mounted on a 7mm rem mag. The glass is very clear and readily beat out the Nikon scopes I tested in the same price range. That is what sold me on this scope. My farthest target shots so far were at 436 yards with no problems acquiring the target. The small BDC lines don't cover up small targets like some others. The dials are crisp with definite clicks, not at all spongy. Overall an excellent buy.

Put this scope on my H&R 357 maximum. Very clear glass. Has held zero after more than 200 rounds.
