75 gr Vmax .243 HSM

Feeling compelled to review this ammunition, here goes. First off, I am a former US Army operative and have literally shot tens of thousands of rounds down range. Second, I have competed a little in the civilian realm; third, I have been reloading since I was nine years old (47 now). That being stated I feel duty-bound to commend you on your factory loaded 75 grain Hornady Vmax .243Win. loads.

I purchased these from Cabela's, (arrived very fast) in the 100 pack to break in a new Weatherby Super Varmint Master, boy was I pleasantly surprised! Honestly, I purchased these for barrel break in and the brass, not expecting what I discovered... Long story short, after two shots clean the barrel, two shots clean the barrel after fifty rounds and the Zeiss 6.5-20 50mm coming together I was ready to start shooting groups.

At just 100 yards I had the big Zeiss dialed in at one inch above point of aim. I am ecstatic to report that group 2 measured in at .413! group 3 .302 and the last group of the day .285, all three shot groups!!! Unbelievable accuracy for factory loaded ammunition! All I can say is \u201cI\u2019m glad coyotes are flexible enough to reach around and kiss their own hind ends goodbye\u201d!!!

When I don\u2019t have time to reload or need ammo in a hurry I will ABSOLUTELY reach for the HSM!! GREAT job guys, please keep the AMERICAN quality coming\u2026. You have a fan for life\u2026.

GREAT AMMO BOUGHT THIS BACK IN 2009 WHEN AMMO
WAS HARD TO FIND. THIS WEEKEND WENT TO RANGE
TO DO SOME EXPERMINTING. ALL TEST WERE ON A 5 SHOT TEST. SHOT WINCHESTER, REMINGTON, AND HORNADY 100 GRAIN. THIS AMMO FAR OUT PREFORMED THE OTHER AMMO THE HSM PRODUCED GROUPING DOWN TO .315 WITH MOST GROUPS UNDER.5 AT 100 YARDS.

HSM .243 bulk ammo

It just doesn't get any better than this. I checked this ammo out on my bullet run-out setup and not one of them had more than .001 Run-out. I'm lucky if I can get that type of alignment with my precision long range target dies. You can't beat this ammunition for the price. this stuff shoots less than .75 inch groups in all three of my .243 Predator and varmint guns. It takes a while to receive this stuff but it is worth the wait. I have taken coyote's at 285 Yds. with this ammunition.
