This ammo tended to jam a little in the M1 Carbine I was shooting, but for how much you pay for it and how well it groups, you can't go wrong with this ammo. I would give it 5 stars if it jammed less but since it's not perfect I give it 4. You shouldn't worry about this ammo overall and get it if you like to shoot a lot.

I purchased this product for my .30 cal. M-1 military carbine and for my Ruger .30 cal. Blackhawk. Works fine in the carbine but, since the cartridges are steel and coated with some other material, the spent cartridge swells and sticks to the cylinder walls and eject only with great effort -- the cylinder must be removed to eject the spent round.

I have a absolutely toasted IBM carbine (muzzle swallows a .308) the action on my gun isn't smooth, this ammo will cycle it no problem. Cabelas has made it cheap enough to shoot .30 carbine again. I cant speak of "super accuracy" but seems to be fairly accurate for a toasted crown.

Quite frankly, I had low expectations for ammo this cheap, but I put 300 rounds of it through a 30 carbine in one session at the range with no jams, misfires, or hitches of any kind. At short range, it hit as accurately as I could hold the gun and shot, windage wise, to the point of aim. I don't expect long range accuracy with an M1 carbine and did not attempt it, so I can't vouch for how it might shoot at long range. The carbine was not particularly fouled by all this.
