I commute to work year round on my bicycle in Duluth, Minnesota. Keeping your hands warm while still be able to shift gears and operate the breaks is a big problem for winter cyclists. These completely solve the problem. They fit over the straight handlebars on my mountain hy-bred bike. I can ride bare handed down to about 15 degrees F. I don't imagine the inventor thought they would be used by a bicyclist but they are ideal. The price cannot be beat.

Took these off my kids 4 wheeler and put them on my 2008 Honda Goldwings. It's a tight fit but they work good. you have know where all your buttons are at.I ride in 20 degree weather with no gloves. You can't beat the price, cycle shops are getting $44.95 for them.

I used these mitts for the first time riding my bike during a field trial. My hands stayed toasty warm all day. When I passed my bike to another person the next day to use, I left the mitts on and once again, warm hands were had all day. An asset for all day riding in cold weather!
