It’s time again for our Kid’s Fest in Rogers. This years event will feature; A father – Sibling biscuits and gravy from 8-10am, mini corn dog sampling from 1-3pm, face painting, yard games, scavenger hunt, archery target shooting, live fawn petting zoo and deer education, kids casting event, scout challenge (call the store for more information or to register a troop), and the American Cancer Society Classic Car Show. Rusty Ramirez, a certified NRA Instructor will be offering the Utah and Minnesota permit to carry training it the Cabela’s Rogers location. Rusty’s experience in training includes 30 years as a firearms instructor / range master and training specialists in the use of force and crisis intervention. Instruction fee is $145.00. Range & application fees are extra.

The Rogers Cabela’s will be feeding the fish in the aquarium on even numbered days of the month, 2nd 4th, 6th etc. We usually start with the Pan Fish across from the fishing department and then feed the other fish in the tanks inside. The minnows are quick and the fish are fast, you and the kids will not want to miss all the action.

MD&GC meet at Cabela’s once a month on the last Thursday of each month. There’s always time at the end of each meeting for plenty of calling practice, so bring your calls and be ready to make some music.
