Cabela’s will host 3 creative stations with age appropriate crafts to keep your tots busy and have some mother/child time! Each week will be something new and exciting, plus holiday crafts to bring home and put on display for those special occasions!
When your child has completed the craft, show it to the deli to receive a free “tot” dog lunch!

Kids Bird Identification Scavenger Hunt
Different birds are hidden throughout Cabela’s. It is your job to hunt the birds, locate, and identify them. Visit the optics counter for your bird watching kit to help you find and track them all. Return the kit and your identification sheet to the Optics Counter to receive a prize.

Kids fishing derby open for toddlers to teens. First 25 children to register receive a free Zebco rod and reel. Children will be split into four age groups. 75 children per heat. You may register up to 15 minutes prior to a heat. Bring your own poles, baits and ice chest if you want to keep what you catch and enjoy the pond all day after the fishing derby. |

Your personal Safari Outfitter will engage children with the stories of all the animals and how they became part of Cabela’s. They will explore the store and see areas that people never notice. Tour three museums and one aquarium and learn while having fun. Everyone in the family will have a chance to go on a safari and break into groups for a competitive scavenger hunt. Have no worries, parents—everyone is a winner and receives tokens to the shooting gallery and fish food for the pond. For our guest five and under we have a smaller version of the interactive scavenger hunt and a “Pin The Horns on the Deer” game. Sit back, relax and let Cabela’s handle this special occasion for you!
