Rusty Ramirez, instructor trained by the American Association of Firearms Instructors and the NRA, will be offering the Minnesota permit to carry training it the Cabela's Rogers location. Rusty's experience in training includes 30 years as a firearms instructor / range master and training specialists in the use of force and crisis intervention. Instruction fee is $100.00. Range & application fees are extra.

The Scout Challenge will consist of scout troops from all around the region. They will come to compete in 6 challenging events with a chance to win gift cards, prizes, and also participation prizes for their troops.
